Small Business AI Strategy Program — One-on-One · In-Person or Virtual
Not a course. Not a cohort. A structured one-on-one engagement where Mike works through your business directly — auditing your workflows, evaluating tools against your actual use cases, and building a written AI strategy with you. Eight hours of guided work. One advisor. Your business as the case study.
Mike follows up within one business day to discuss fit and schedule.
This isn't a cohort where your questions compete with eleven other businesses for airtime. Every session is built around your operations, your bottlenecks, and your decisions. The work is yours from the first minute.
Session 1 is a facilitated workflow audit of your real operations. The use cases that surface in that session are the ones that drive Sessions 2 and 3. Nothing is generic. Nothing is imported from another business's situation.
Session 2 evaluates AI tools against the specific use cases you identified in Session 1. Not a demo menu of popular tools. A vendor-neutral evaluation framework applied to your actual opportunities.
Session 3 produces a written 12-month AI strategy, an acceptable use policy, and a tool register — documents you can hand to your leadership team, your attorney, or your insurance broker. Not a summary of what you learned.
Mike's background is in cybersecurity and red team research. Data exposure, vendor risk, and governance aren't afterthoughts here — they're embedded in every session from pre-work through the final strategy document.
No platform partnerships. No tools that paid to be recommended. The evaluation framework is designed to work regardless of which tools exist when you work through it — and that won't change.
Complete before Session 1. Covers how large language models actually work — prediction engines, not intelligence — where they fail confidently and why that matters, and what happens to data you put into AI tools. You arrive at Session 1 past the hype and ready to work.
The session that makes everything else specific to your business. Mike guides you through a structured audit of your actual operations — identifying high-value AI candidates, ruling out poor fits, and surfacing the specific use cases that will drive Sessions 2 and 3.
Vendor-neutral evaluation of AI tools — grounded entirely in the use cases your Session 1 audit surfaced. Not a demo menu. You learn how to evaluate any tool in a category, apply that framework to your specific opportunities, and build a shortlist you can act on.
The session that produces your deliverables. Governance policy first — short but non-negotiable. Then the bulk of the time building your 12-month AI strategy: a written document you can hand to your leadership team, your attorney, or your board. Mike facilitates. You own the output.
Available to business owners anywhere. Sessions run via video call on your schedule. Same three-session structure, same deliverables, same advisor. No travel required on either side. Preferred format for clients outside New Mexico.
Available for businesses in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe metro areas. Mike comes to your location — your office, your conference room, wherever you work best. No facility fee, no neutral venue required.
Available for businesses outside the local metro area. Travel expenses (airfare, hotel, ground transport) are billed at cost in addition to the program fee. Contact Mike to discuss logistics and scheduling before submitting the interest form.
Submit the form and Mike will follow up within one business day to discuss fit, format, and scheduling. No charge until you've had a conversation and decided to proceed.
