Get Started

Mike follows up within one business day to discuss fit and schedule.

Your business is the case study.
Not a hypothetical.

01

One advisor. One business. No dilution.

This isn't a cohort where your questions compete with eleven other businesses for airtime. Every session is built around your operations, your bottlenecks, and your decisions. The work is yours from the first minute.

02

The audit is your actual business — not a framework exercise.

Session 1 is a facilitated workflow audit of your real operations. The use cases that surface in that session are the ones that drive Sessions 2 and 3. Nothing is generic. Nothing is imported from another business's situation.

03

Tool evaluation is grounded in what you actually found.

Session 2 evaluates AI tools against the specific use cases you identified in Session 1. Not a demo menu of popular tools. A vendor-neutral evaluation framework applied to your actual opportunities.

04

You leave with documents, not slides.

Session 3 produces a written 12-month AI strategy, an acceptable use policy, and a tool register — documents you can hand to your leadership team, your attorney, or your insurance broker. Not a summary of what you learned.

05

Security and risk are built into every session.

Mike's background is in cybersecurity and red team research. Data exposure, vendor risk, and governance aren't afterthoughts here — they're embedded in every session from pre-work through the final strategy document.

06

Vendor-neutral. No referral arrangements. Ever.

No platform partnerships. No tools that paid to be recommended. The evaluation framework is designed to work regardless of which tools exist when you work through it — and that won't change.

Four touchpoints. One coherent arc.
Your business throughout.

Each session builds on the last. The pre-work gets you oriented before the first session. Session 1 makes the rest specific to your business. Session 2 builds on what Session 1 found. Session 3 turns it all into a written plan you can use.

Total engagement: 8 hours. Three 90-minute working sessions plus pre-work and follow-up time. This is a focused engagement — not a semester-long commitment, not a one-hour call.

Module 1 — What AI Is, How It Fails, and What It Does With Your Data

Complete before Session 1. Covers how large language models actually work — prediction engines, not intelligence — where they fail confidently and why that matters, and what happens to data you put into AI tools. You arrive at Session 1 past the hype and ready to work.

  • How AI tools generate output — and why they hallucinate
  • The data exposure questions every business owner needs to ask
  • What "AI-ready" actually means for a small business

Module 2 — Facilitated Workflow Audit

The session that makes everything else specific to your business. Mike guides you through a structured audit of your actual operations — identifying high-value AI candidates, ruling out poor fits, and surfacing the specific use cases that will drive Sessions 2 and 3.

  • The AI task triage framework — applied to your actual workflows
  • Identifying pattern-based tasks vs. judgment-dependent tasks
  • Prioritizing by impact, risk, and implementation complexity
  • You leave with a ranked opportunity list specific to your business
↳ Deliverable: Your prioritized AI opportunity list

Module 3 — Tool Evaluation and Hands-On Work

Vendor-neutral evaluation of AI tools — grounded entirely in the use cases your Session 1 audit surfaced. Not a demo menu. You learn how to evaluate any tool in a category, apply that framework to your specific opportunities, and build a shortlist you can act on.

  • The vendor evaluation framework — what to look for, what to avoid
  • Hands-on with tools relevant to your specific use cases
  • How to read an AI vendor's privacy and data-use policy
  • Building your approved tool shortlist
↳ Deliverable: Vendor evaluation scorecard for your top use cases

Modules 4 & 5 — Governance Policy + 12-Month Strategy

The session that produces your deliverables. Governance policy first — short but non-negotiable. Then the bulk of the time building your 12-month AI strategy: a written document you can hand to your leadership team, your attorney, or your board. Mike facilitates. You own the output.

  • AI acceptable use policy — what it needs to cover, written for your business
  • Employee communication and accountability requirements
  • 12-month strategy: priorities, milestones, ownership, and budget
  • Quarterly review cadence — how to keep the strategy current as tools evolve
↳ Deliverable: Written 12-month AI strategy + acceptable use policy + tool register

Built for owners making real decisions.
